Sheetal is a strategist and visionary at heart. She strives to excel at executing multi-year large-scale transformation efforts and focuses on building A+ teams delivering results while having fun. She also believes in simplicity, focus on driving meritocracy and can’t stand bureaucracy at any level. She was born brought up in the Golden City of India, Amritsar and started her career at McKinsey. This gave her an opportunity to travel across the globe as a strategic business consultant meeting new people from various cultures. Her experience at CitiBank was centered around strategy, technology and operational aspects of wealth management, retail banking, commercial banking and credit card business units. Her IBM tenure was focussed to leveraging AI to create magical experiences. She held multiple roles including as a product manager for IBM Watson's early commercialization products for the banking industry, led several large scale AI transformation journeys for clients, built strategic partnerships with ISVs/GSIs and drove Data & AI in the martech/adtech business. Her current role at Kyndryl is centered around build cloud competency to drive business working with top 3 hyperscalers. Education, diversity & inclusion, mentoring job seekers & small business owners and supporting women in leadership are some of her latest passions that she care most about. She now lives in New York with her husband and 2 children.
