Nitha is a core member of the Persistent Leadership Team and oversees the global Infrastructure, Applications, Security and Cloud practices at Persistent. She is a transformational business leader with decades of experience designing and implementing comprehensive programs for strategic clients.
Maintaining a focus on customer centricity, Nitha drives key CXO business and advisory relationships. She is known to be an out-of-the-box thinker and partners with the broader ecosystem to bring in differentiated, value-added services along with unique engagement models to her customers. Nitha’s process elevates the customer experience while meeting the goals and objectives of the program. She is also an accomplished speaker and sought-after industry leader on business and technology trends in her field of expertise.
Prior to Persistent, Nitha has held leadership positions in various large service providers including Wipro where she played roles in strategic client transformation initiatives. She received her Engineering B.S. from the University of Mumbai and currently resides in New Jersey with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys mentoring young grads find their footing in the industry.
