Bill Hudson, MBA, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Hudson is a recognized provider healthcare leader who invests in individuals and develops capable, self-sufficient teams with deep experience developing tightly aligned operational governance focused on delivering results to plan. He currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, OK where he is responsible for partnering with hospital and physician network operations to drive digital transformation, set the project, application, technology and, security direction for Oklahoma’s largest integrated healthcare system encompassing eighteen hospitals, eight urgent care facilities,166 clinics and more than 1,590 community physician partners.
He previously served as the CIO for John Muir Health in Walnut Creek, CA where he led significant digital transformation – aligning JMH’s digital assets and COVID response to enable clinicians to support their community in their individual care journeys. While there, he also led operational delivery for the following areas: Analytics, Enterprise Project Management Office, Informatics, Information Security, Information Technology, Vendor Management and the Optum Relationship Management Office – one of the largest provider outsourcing arrangements in the U.S. at the time.
Previously to JMH, Mr. Hudson served as the Chief Healthcare Strategist for VMware and, led their healthcare strategy team. Prior to that he worked at the Kettering Health Network, KHN, where he served as the CTO and provided technology leadership. During his tenure at KHN he also served as the technical project director and architect for the system-wide Epic implementation.
Mr. Hudson regularly volunteered with community outreach COVID-19 vaccination efforts in 2020 and 2021.
He received his MBA from Pepperdine University.
